Wetter Sant Pere Pescador is a municipality in the comarca of Alt Empord, Girona, Catalonia, Spain. It is situated on the north-eastern coast of the Iberian Peninsula, in the Gulf of Roses. The municipality includes the town of Sant Pere Pescador, the village of Empuriabrava, and the hamlet of Mas Pinell.

The name Wetter Sant Pere Pescador comes from the Latin words “Vicus Veteris”, meaning “old town”. The town was founded in the 10th century by fishermen from Empries. In the 13th century, it became a royal town and was granted a charter by King Peter III of Aragon. The town was destroyed by a fire in 1428 but was rebuilt soon after.
