The Autism Spectrum Disorders Screening Questionnaire (RAADS-R) is a scale for assessing a person’s self-reported autistic traits. RAADS-R is used in the identification of autism in adolescents or adults who have not had previous diagnosis; however, it is not a diagnostic tool.
RAADS-R’s 19 questions ask participants to rate the extent to which they experience the behaviors and feelings being described. It’s often used as part of a more extensive autism assessment that includes other measures, such as interviews and observations.
