Haag an der Amper is a municipality in the district of Frstenfeldbruck in Bavaria, Germany. It is located to the northwest of Munich.
The town is situated on the river Amper, and its name means “hedge on the Amper”. Haag an der Amper was first mentioned in 1090. It was granted market rights in 1311 and town rights in 1340.
